Zandra Palmer is the visionary founder of Palmer Premier Travel, a luxury travel and retreat planning company dedicated to curating transformative experiences. With over 25 years of expertise in Sales, Trade, and Brand Marketing, Zandra has combined her passion for international travel with her commitment to personal wellness. She specializes in designing wellness and adventure retreats that promote self-care, balance, and personal growth, helping individuals navigate life with renewed energy and clarity.
After experiencing burnout and stress-induced health challenges firsthand, Zandra realized the profound need for women to prioritize themselves in a world that often demands they give endlessly to others. This realization led her to create retreats and events that provide a sacred space for women to pause, reconnect, and embrace their well-being. Through these experiences, Zandra fosters a community of empowerment, healing, and transformation, ensuring that every participant leaves feeling rejuvenated and aligned with their true selves.

We are thrilled to announce that Palmer Premier Travel is teaming up with The Mom Forum, founded by the incredible Elisha Beach!
Elisha created The Mom Forum after searching for a space that truly reflected the full spectrum of motherhood—parenting, career, relationships, and SELFcare. When she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she built it herself, curating a community of diverse and amazing moms. Together, we’re committed to supporting women on their journey through motherhood while also prioritizing self-care, joy, and travel.
So, who is Elisha Beach? She’s a birth mom of three, an adoptive mom of one, and a stepmom to four adult step-kids—yes, that’s eight kids and a dog! A true “professional mom,” she also holds a B.A. in Child Development and has navigated every stage of motherhood with humor, honesty, and grace. Elisha is also the wife of actor Michael Beach, and they’ve been happily married since 2007 (despite her self-proclaimed status as a laundry avoider and refrigerator disorganizer).
