She specializes in designing wellness and adventure retreats that promote self-care, balance, and personal growth, helping individuals navigate life with renewed energy and clarity.

Elisha created The Mom Forum after searching for a space that truly reflected the full spectrum of motherhood—parenting, career, relationships, and SELFcare. When she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she built it herself, curating a community of diverse and amazing moms.
Together, we’re committed to supporting women on their journey in life while also prioritizing self-care, joy, and travel.
